2. Οινοπνευματώδη και ναρκωτικά απαγορεύονται.

3. Απαγορεύεται η απομάκρυνση από την ακτή πέραν των 3 μιλίων.

4. Απαγορεύεται η προσέγγιση της ακτής κάτω των 200 μέτρων.

5. Ο ενοικιαστής είναι υπεύθυνος για ό,τι ζημιές προκαλέσει.

6. Το μίσθωμα καταβάλλεται προκαταβολικά.

7. Συμπεριλαμβάνεται ασφάλεια προς τρίτους.

8. Το καύσιμο πληρώνεται έξτρα.

9. Για ό,τι χαθεί από το σκάφος υπεύθυνος είναι ο ενοικιαστής.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The boat should return latest at 20:30.

2. Alcohol and drugs use is forbidden.

3. Sailing over 3 miles from the coast is forbidden.

4. Do not approach the beach less than 200 metres.

5. The renter is responsible for all damage.

6. The renter fee must be paid in advance.

7. Included third party insurance.

8. Fuel is paid by the renter.

9. The renter is responsible for any loss of items of the boat.
